The project is located on the west side of the church of the Archangel on a corner plot on the corner of Panathinaikos and Lysistrata south / west orientation.
The land falls within the residential zone Ka6 with a coefficient of 90%, 50% coverage on two floors.
The aim of the developer was a construction of a quality building with three bedroom units affordable to young couples and families. Resolve the matter took the architectural firm Gregoris G. Patsalosavvis Architecture + Design with valuable experience and knowledge about the subject.
The architectural approach is based on expanding the spatial relationships between the features and the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and the environment.
Proposed four independent units with equal areas, with separate entrances, public areas on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor and parking and storage in the basement. Two of the units have the right to use land (Garden) in the northern and southern part of the piece. The diamperotita floor plan allows good ventilation and natural lighting both on the ground floor and the first floor. All units feature open, flexible and bright spaces with terraces and all required electrical services.
The end result is a modern building with distinct boundaries of each unit user friendly building.
